Quality Assurance : Overview

Valley recognizes our responsibility as a manufacturer to fully comply with all contractual provisions and governing regulatory requirements. To this end we have developed a comprehensive Quality Management System. The system establishes controls throughout the entire material processing cycle from proposals to product delivery. It also assures that we meet quality objectives and minimizes the possibility of compromises, which could affect product quality, safety and reliability.

We certify the quality and conformity of material from receipt of an order to the finished product using the most current tests and inspection methods. Engineering, Quality Engineers and Inspection Technicians participate in the review and evaluation of our manufacturing methods and inspection data to continuously improve efficiency and achieve the highest product quality possible.
