Once El Cajon, California’s first manufacturing company, Valley Metals (then Valley Metal Works) has evolved from modest beginnings to its present state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Poway, California.

Since its founding in 1946, the company has always strived to perceive and understand the needs of its customers and develop methods and products to meet those needs. Then, as now, the company has been an innovator in the supply of high performance tubular products.

Present ownership has developed a skilled and experienced workforce, strong management team and the necessary systems and procedures to manufacture the highest quality products. The company is recognized world wide as a superior provider of specialty tubing and tubular components.

Quality assurance has always been important, but inclusion of certifications to ISO9001/AS9100 and Nadcap standards, as well as customer specific approvals, has enhanced the company’s position in the industries it serves as one of the top suppliers. Continuing modernization and upgrading of test equipment and systems helps keep the company at the forefront of its markets.
